The Physical Plant at Massanutten Resort is looking for dynamic and customer services-oriented individuals to join our team. If you possess these qualities, we encourage you to apply today!Job Description Perform a variety of repair and maintenance task including, but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and HVAC work. Respond when needed to resort guest calls as well as in-house work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Must have good communication skills as well as great customer service skills. Four-day workweek including every other weekend off. Good driving record. Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements:
- Interacts directly with resort guest and in-house staff
- General knowledge in troubleshooting, testing, repairing, and general maintenance (preferred)
- Must be capable of lifting up to 100 lbs.
- Ability to established and maintain effective relationship with employees, supervisors and general public.
- Good driving record (required)
