Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Superintendent based in Austin, Texas office. The Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating and supervising the activities of workers, managing schedules, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and liaising with clients, subcontractors, and other team members to guarantee project success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
• Experience in concrete/Shotcrete construction and site supervision
• Previous experience with Shotcrete projects is an advantage
• Knowledge of structural walls, seismic retrofits, and prep work techniques including formwork and surface prep
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in project management and scheduling tools
• Understanding of safety regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
