• Oversight and day to day support of repair & restoration projects with collaboration from project manager and senior project manager.
• Monitor construction through administrative direction of on-site Superintendent/Foreman to ensure project is built on schedule and within budget.
• Assist with self-perform project operations including estimating, bid process, production tracking, financial monitoring, and reporting.
• Attend project meetings
• Develop client relationships, resolve client issues
• Develop strong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and project engineers.
• Ensure permitting and compliance with local ordinance

Qualifications:

• 3 years of experience within concrete or concrete restoration or an equivalent level of education combined with experience.
• Knowledge of construction project management software. Familiarity with Procore is ideal.
• Previous experience with self perform management strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related degree is preferred.
