Concrete QA Tech - Onin Staffing : Job Details

Ōnin Staffing is hiring a Concrete QA Technician for a prefab building manufacturer specializing in substation control buildings and communication shelters.

Responsibilities include:

• Inspect forms and verify blueprints before pours
• Monitor production to ensure quality standards
• Conduct daily concrete tests (slump, air content, cylinders, etc.)
• Record and report results accurately
• Follow safety protocols and assist with housekeeping

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• ACI/NPCA certified or willing to obtain
• Valid driver's license; must pass drug screen & background check
• Can read tape measure and blueprints accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work on knees
• Self-motivated and willing to take on various tasks
• Reliable transportation and on-time daily start at 7:00 AM (sometimes earlier)
• Flexible to work overtime and weekends as needed; end time may vary after 4:30 PM
