Job Description :
Provides detailed information in person and by telephone regarding Hotel and Ski Area services and surrounding communities. Assists guests with reservations and special requests. Requirements:High school graduate or equivalent. Minimum of two years experience in hospitality, public relations or sales and marketing. Hotel or Resort experience preferred. Computer experience and familiarity. Professional demeanor, attitude and appearance. Strong work ethic. Ability to effectively communicate to guests, employees and management.
