Concierge - Solaris - East West Family of Companies : Job Details

The Concierge is responsible for answering questions and sharing knowledge about what the Vail Valley has to offer guests and owners. They create itineraries by making reservations for dining and activities which is an integral part for making a memorable stay. This position utilizes comprehensive knowledge of local services, events, transportation, Solaris property, and other details that must be well communicated to cultivate relationships, enhancing guest experience. Location: Solaris Residences- Vail, CO - Start Date: As soon as possible! Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round. Pay Rate: $23/ hour tips and commissions. Schedule: 4 Ten Hour or 5 Eight Hour shifts, based on operational needs - 9 am - 7 pm.
