Concierge/Operations Coordinator - Beacon Hill Staffing Group LLC : Job Details

Our client, a successful Venture Capital firm in Union Square is seeking a Temp to Perm Concierge/Operations Coordinator to help in creating a positive experience for employees and clients. This role reports directly into the Operations Manager/Executive Assistant. The position is tasked with creating a welcoming environment but owning the supply process from maintaining to stocking inventory, liaising with vendors such as HVAC, and ordering lunch for guests and employees. This client is seeking someone who can help with curating events at the office space from ordering catering to working at the event. This role is 5 days onsite, 9am to 5pm.
