Join our team at Mont Marie Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center as a Fulltime Concierge! Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services Shift: 11a-7pm, Fulltime Hours Monday through FridayResponsibilities as Concierge: Answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.Giving information, direction and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests and vendors.Performing a variety of clerical duties as assigned.Greeting potential residents, families, visitors.Managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages.Qualifications for Concierge: Primary series of the COVID-19 vaccine requiredCurrent and active CNA license in MA strongly preferredPrevious experience in customer service-related field required.
