JOB SUMMARY - Lobby Escorting ConciergeForrest Solutions provides onsite outsourced solutions founded on proven best practices for management of non-core business functions. The Lobby Escorting Concierge is an energetic and personable individual who greets and checks in high end clientele for a high expectation financial services firm and office building. They are brand ambassadors for the firm who stand out by providing white glove hospitality service and setting the tone for the onsite experience, greeting guests and visitors of the firm and escorting them to their proper locations including conference rooms or other designated areas in the building, ensuring the space is as expected & detailed in the request and the escorting experience is smooth with all parties in communication.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions:•Provide a memorable hospitality experience for all clients and end users they encounter.•Greets guests with a 5-Star hospitality and professional approach as first impression of Client and experience they will have on site•Quickly responds to phone calls and email inquiries regarding arriving guests•Managing a high-volume email inbox for requests potentially supporting multiple office lobby locations.•Managing Service Now intake system for active Visitor registration ticket requests.•Manages ID verification process and guest validation.•Escort VIP and designated guests for executives and senior members of the firm to designated floors.•Makes dining, theater, and tour recommendations.•Inspects and maintains overall cleanliness and appearance of the concierge desk and lobby areas, as well as conference rooms and areas where the guest will be meeting with their point of contact•Able to process and create reports daily, weekly, and monthly as well as analyze reporting to properly action escorting and meeting requests•Assist in any other reasonable requests for assistance.•Identify and participate in opportunities for employee engagementJOB REQUIREMENTS•High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred with hospitality, front desk or reception experience•Proficient with accurate Data Entry•Proficient in Outlook•Great with Remembering Names and Faces•Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills•Prior Hotel/Hospitality experience•Previous Front Desk Experience•High Energy, White Glove Hospitality Mindset & Demeanor•Ability to multi-task•Able to maintain uniform and grooming standards appropriate to a corporate setting•Previous experience in a corporate setting•Team player who can keep a positive attitude and motivate peersPHYSICAL DEMANDSThis role requires standing the entire shift.Other DutiesThis job description is only a summary of the typical functions of the job, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all responsibilities, tasks, and duties.
