If you love helping people, staying organized, and creating a welcoming atmosphere, this may be the perfect role for you.What You'll Do:Resident & Guest ServicesGreet residents and guests with professionalism and warmthAnnounce visitors and manage deliveries with careKeep the lobby calm, clean, and invitingSupport leasing tours and resident events with a polished front desk presenceConduct lobby checks for lighting, music, scent, and overall atmosphereSecurity & Access ControlMonitor building camera systems and logsTrack vendor and contractor activity and follow access proceduresRespond to safety or privacy concerns calmly and appropriatelyPackage & Amenity ManagementLog and organize packages and deliveries using digital toolsTrack service requests and amenity bookingsSupport the package room and inventory systemsManage visitor logs and help maintain accurate resident preferencesMove-In & Move-Out SupportPrepare elevators and common areas for scheduled movesNotify the Resident Manager of unscheduled move-ins/outsEnsure smooth transitions with clear communicationLeasing & Visitor AssistanceWelcome prospective residents and alert the leasing teamShare branded materials and collect contact informationMaintain a composed and helpful presenceLifestyle & Brand EngagementOffer local tips, help with events, and maintain bulletin boardsRemember and act on resident preferences to personalize serviceBe a trusted connector in the communityEmergency Response & Service SupportFollow all emergency procedures and stay calm under pressureStep in to solve service issues when possible, and escalate as neededFollow up with residents to ensure satisfactionTeamwork & ProfessionalismKeep the front desk clean and organizedJoin daily huddles and team updatesModel professionalism and emotional intelligenceTake on special assignments when asked QualificationsCompensation:$21.58 + 32 BJ Benefits Schedule: Friday and Saturday morning 7Am - 3:30PmSunday and Monday afternoon 3Pm - 11:30PmTuesday overnight 11Pm - 7:30AmWhat You Bring:A passion for excellent service and a composed, professional attitudeExperience 1-3 years in hospitality, customer service, or luxury properties is a plusComfort using basic digital tools (logging systems, CRM platforms, Emails, MS Office tools etc.)Ability to lift to 50 lbs and stand for long periodsHigh school diploma or equivalentWhy You'll Love It Here:You'll be part of a company that values treating both our residents and team members with respect, appreciation, and care.
