Come join us and be a part of something extraordinary!Now accepting applications for a Part-time Concierge to work approximately 25 hours per week:1-2 weekday evening shifts (4:30 PM - 8:00 PM)3-4 weekend shifts per month (6-hour shifts)Weekday daytime hours as needed for resident transportation to appointmentsPOSITION SUMMARY: The Concierge is the Director of First Impressions of the community and quite often the first contact for prospects, guests, and family members. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Concierge. This position plays a key role in ensuring our residents feel supported, safe, and valued. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, assisting with basic community needs, helping residents to and from appointments, and creating a welcoming atmosphere at all times.Responsibilities:Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk during evening and weekend shiftsGreet residents, families, and guests with warmth and professionalismAnswer phone calls and assist with inquiries or direct calls appropriatelyMonitor visitor check-ins and maintain a safe, secure environmentAssist with scheduling and transporting residents to medical or personal appointments on weekdays (as needed)Support staff and residents with light administrative tasksCommunicate resident needs or concerns to the appropriate team membersUphold the community's mission and standards of serviceQualifications:High school diploma or equivalentExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorValid driver's license with clean driving record (required for transportation assistance)Comfortable operating a wheelchair-accessible vehicle (training provided, if applicable)Experience working with seniors is a plusAbility to work evenings, weekends, and flexibly during weekdays as neededWhat We Offer:Positive and supportive work environmentOpportunity to make meaningful connections with residentsTraining providedCompetitive part-time hourly wage Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
