This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a service-oriented environment and enjoys creating a welcoming, secure, and well-organized atmosphere.Key Responsibilities* Warmly greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors with professionalism and courtesy.* Provide accurate information about the property and community services, following provided scripts when applicable.* Coordinate resident requests, including maintenance scheduling and package handling.* Monitor building access and uphold security protocols.* Manage amenity reservations and enforce building policies.* Maintain cleanliness and order in the front desk, lobby, and community spaces.* Support community events and breakfasts, including setup and cleanup.* Perform light cleaning duties as needed (e.g., tidying amenity rooms, emptying trash).* Log daily activities and incidents using Building Links and shift logs.* Communicate promptly with the Community Manager to address urgent matters.* Maintain confidentiality and uphold resident privacy at all times.* Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones and maintaining records.Qualifications* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.* Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or property management is a plus.* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer literacy.* Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain composed under pressure.* Professional appearance and demeanor.If this sounds like a great fit, please apply online or email your resume directly to [email protected] in hearing more?
