Job Title: Concessions Manager

Pay Details:

The annual base salary range for this position in California is $80,000 to $92,000 per year. The starting pay depends on various factors including geographic location, experience, education, and organizational considerations.

The primary responsibilities of the Concession Manager include executing food and beverage operations at all concession stands, ensuring exceptional hospitality, safe alcohol service, and maintaining food quality and sanitation standards. This position reports to the Director of F&B Procurement & Logistics.

Responsibilities
  • Manage concessions operations during events, oversee labor costs, menu development, equipment maintenance, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and record inventory levels, analyze costs, and ensure accurate pricing on POS systems.
  • Supervise and ensure all aspects of concessions operations meet event needs and standards.
  • Review sales reports, reconcile gratuities, and manage employee timecards bi-weekly.
  • Train and support staff to deliver high-quality service and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with chefs and partners to develop concepts, increase revenue, and improve operations.
  • Engage with guests and team members to ensure satisfaction.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with at least 2 years in Food & Beverage, concessions experience preferred.
  • Leadership experience, attention to detail, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS systems like Bypass.
  • Knowledge of beverage program development is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and in fluctuating temperatures.

This position is on-site. Education requirement: Bachelor's Degree. Experience: 2+ years.
