Computer Systems Technician - Sunflower Electric Power : Job Details

Our Infrastructure Services (IS) team believes in supporting the end user: Sunflower employees! Between managing help desk tickets, training new employees, implementing new technology, hardware setup and configuration, and troubleshooting, the IS team plays a critical role serving and supporting our employees in all things tech.

Sunflower is a generation and transmission electric cooperative. And, we are seeking a Computer Systems Technician in Hays, KS to join the Sunflower family!

Qualifications:

• Associate degree or technical degree in computer science, information systems, or other computer-related field and two years network systems and applications installation and troubleshooting experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Windows Server and desktop operating systems, virtual server technology, and Internet applications experience.
• Basic troubleshooting and configuration of iOS and Android operating systems.
