  • High School Diploma
  • Technical Degree/Certificate Program
Work Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support roles
Job Duties:
  • Respond to calls and emails within the IT Call Center from users reporting technical issues related to hardware and software.
  • Provide technical assistance and troubleshooting for issues with Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, Adobe software, laptops, printers, and scanners.
  • Deliver excellent customer service through professional verbal and written communication.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to resolve technical problems efficiently.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proficiency in software including Windows 10/11, MS Office 365, Adobe
  • Familiarity with hardware components such as laptops, printers, and scanners
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Capability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Misc. Information:
  • Shift timings vary based on the needs of coverage within the call center, operating between 8:30am and 6:00pm.
  • Free parking is available at the worksite location.
  • Public transportation options include a nearby bus line with a 5-minute walk to the office, as well as access to Uber/Lyft services.
  • The role initially requires 100% onsite presence for five weeks of training, followed by a hybrid schedule with two days remote and three days onsite.
  • Interviews will be conducted via MS Teams with audio/video access required.
  • Temporary contractors will be provided with necessary equipment such as a Badge ID, Laptop, Dock, Monitors, Keyboard-Mouse, and Bag, requiring them to sign a Terms and Agreement form.
  • Training will be provided during the initial five weeks onsite.
  • The role falls under the Administration department within the Information Technology Bureau.
