Primarily working on imaging and deploying new PCs and Macs, so OS and software installations, system and hardware troubleshooting, etc. Assist with on-going requests for Desktop to Laptop conversions and incoming PC requests.Responsibilities:Provide technical assistance to computer system users. Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from remote location.
