Under the guidance of engineers, work with general purpose or embedded software systems to influence the design and development of innovative forklifts, material handling equipment, and related systems. Write and/or modify computer programs using Java, Angular, C/ C , C#, Python or similar computer language. Test and review work by other developers Work with business analysts to clarify requirements. Utilize Scrum as a member of the development team. For embedded positions: Develop software for Real-time Operating Systems or Android applications. Conceptualize ideas for software control of sensors, actuators and systems. Conduct bench-level unit testing and on-vehicle verification and validation tests. Job Qualifications: Pursuing a four-year college degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or related field.
