Computer Consultant I - Syracuse University : Job Details

The Computer Consultant I position in Information Technology Services (ITS) provides IT support to administrative users in various departments and divisions. IT support roles include desktop, laptop, mobile device, printer and application support. Additionally, the role assesses and makes recommendations for procurement of technology equipment for staff. The Computer Consultant I also supports the research computing efforts for the Maxwell School, evaluating technical requirements, identifying solutions, and helping to maintain a secure and robust research computing environment. Education and Experience Bachelors degree, preferably in an IT / Computer Science related field, plus 1-3 years experience, or equivalent combination of the two.
