Job Description :
DUTIES:
- Supports students and staff in the use of programs including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Office 365 and other software
- Update passwords
- Troubleshoot computer related problems and submits support tickets and other communication as appropriate with ITS
- Provides technical and software support for teachers conducting classes
- Monitors copiers, printers and other AV equipment for proper functioning and calls for repairs as needed
- Keep accurate records of IT inventory
- Demonstrates to students individually and in groups the use of computers and software as needed
- Requests, orders and maintains supplies relating to LMC and ITS.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Must have high school diploma or equivalent and two years' experience in computer operations. Must be Civil Service approved and live in Pioneer District/Wyoming County Prospective employees must receive state and federal clearance based on a fingerprint-supported criminal history background check. Details are available at the District Office. Technology support experience Must have good communication skills and positive attitude. Ability to work independently.
