Role and Responsibilities

  • Technical support to HVAC OEM customers during qualification and reliability activities
  • Assist OEM customers in identifying and qualifying compressor opportunities
  • Assist as needed in developing the customer's business case for new concept solutions
  • Perform detailed engineering analysis to quantify cost savings or other customer benefits
  • Develop submittals/presentations including drawings, test results, and project milestones
  • Communication channels between Korea HQ and customers during sales activities
  • Build new and maintain B2B relations by creating new business opportunities
  • Plan and coordinate supply chain management with OEM customers and HQ

Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degrees in engineering
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and is comfortable working in customer-facing situations
  • Possesses strong analytical capabilities and the ability to manage tasks associated with development projects
  • Ability to travel approximately 10% domestically (OEM manufacturing and R&D sites)
  • Bilingual in Korean and English
  • Problem solving skills
