Job Summary

As a Component Molding Lead – 2nd Shift, you will be responsible for the efficient and high-quality production of molded components. This involves providing technical leadership and support to molding operators, troubleshooting production issues, optimizing molding processes, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. This role requires a strong understanding of injection molding principles, materials and equipment, along with the ability to lead and motivate a team. The Lead plays a key role in achieving production targets, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

This position requires standing and walking on the production floor for extended periods. The work environment may involve exposure to noise, temperature variations, and chemicals.

Appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided and required in designated areas.
