Compliance Technician

The Compliance Technician at Systems Control coordinates all design activities for Equipment Enclosure projects and ensures compliance with state and third-party process regulations. Schedule and facilitate Design kick-off meetings with Drafting, Engineering, and Project Management. Coordinate Design process steps between internal parties. Track and report project progress to Scheduling, Production, and Project Management. Ensure Professional Engineering resources are in place for required states/disciplines. Ensure adherence to compliance processes for state submittals for each project. Document state submittal requirements and maintain submittal templates. Manage external communication with state regulatory contacts. Complete and manage all state and third-party submittal packages in a timely manner. Resolve and submit state and third-party discrepancy reports. Reduce third-party plan review deviations. Assist in Compliance training for Design and Engineering department personnel.

What will help you thrive in this role? Associate Degree in Engineering related field-Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and delegate tasks to meet timelines. Ability to work and effectively interact with various departments throughout the organization. Ability to perform in a fast-paced, forward-thinking work environment. Advanced working knowledge of MS Office Suite. Proactive approach to resolving issues and keeping projects on schedule.
