Job Description: The Compliance Specialist supports OneOncology's mission by helping implement a consistent and effective compliance program. This role focuses on onboarding, regulatory training, and advancing key compliance initiatives and is an onsite position at the Nashville corporate office. The specialist is expected to:

Role Responsibilities Onboarding
  • Integrate and educate new acquisitions joining OneOncology.
  • Manage compliance requirements during practice transitions and stakeholder-driven changes.
  • Assign appropriate access to compliance systems.
  • Coordinate with People and Talent on Compliance and Privacy onboarding/offboarding.
Compliance Training Management
  • Serve as the Enterprise Administrator and provide ongoing support to OneOncology for HealthStream Learning Management System while also assisting Practices as needed.
  • Serve as a liaison with HRIS to ensure accuracy of HealthStream imports.
  • Generate and analyze compliance training reports from HealthStream; Monitor and escalate delinquent training to relevant stakeholders.
  • Serve as a liaison with HealthStream support to communicate system updates and issues.
  • Support Compliance and Privacy monitoring, auditing, and assessments.
  • Assist with documentation of Compliance and Privacy activities using compliance tracking systems.
Policy & Procedure Management
  • Serve as administrator for PolicyStat for the Compliance department.
  • Support policy launches, updates, and annual reviews.
  • Ensure policies are current and accessible to all employees.
Data Analytics
  • Maintain compliance-related metrics and databases.
  • Ensure data integrity and support related projects.
  • Provide accurate data and reporting as needed.
  • Support Conflict-of-Interest tracking, including data entry and contract management.
Process & Project Management
  • Oversee the sanction and exclusion screening process using Streamline Verify, ensuring timely updates, accurate monthly file uploads, and effective data collection as required.
  • Support compliance projects and manage the department shared mailbox.
  • Maintain SharePoint and intranet content, including backups, updates and user access.
  • Develop and update tools/resources based on communication needs.
  • Ensure resources reflect current guidance and best practices.
  • Assist in responding to inquiries using policies, research, and experience.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements with leadership.
  • Support departmental goals and perform additional duties as needed.
Key Competencies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; highly organized.
  • Skilled in building positive relationships and navigating diplomacy.
  • Experienced in preparing reports and presentations.
  • Able to manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
  • Works independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong planning, organization, and project management abilities.
  • Comfortable working onsite in an open office; reliable and positive.
Education/ Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Healthcare Administration or a related field required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare compliance or other highly regulated industry.
  • Experience with HealthStream, PolicyStat, and Microsoft products (i.e., SharePoint, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) strongly preferred.
