Compliance Specialist - Schneider National : Job Details

Schneider is seeking a Compliance Specialist in Green Bay to provide day-to-day hiring process support to Recruiting Specialists and Recruiters. The Compliance Specialist will ensure Schneider stays compliant with the Federal and State Departments of Transportation. Responsibilities: Develop a working knowledge of DOT regulations. Review truck driver candidate qualification files. Review criminal background records, motor vehicle records, employment history records and other records to ensure candidates meet Schneiders criteria. Utilize a verification program to validate candidates records. Continually update Schneiders candidate tracking system. Communicate findings with Recruiting Specialists, Recruiters and leadership.
