Compliance Specialist - Full Time

The Arc of Cumberland and Perry Counties is hiring a full-time Compliance Specialist to ensure regulatory compliance and support quality assurance initiatives across Residential Services. This position monitors systems, performs internal audits, analyzes incident trends, and supervises the Training Specialist. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in working within the regulatory framework of ODP (Office of Developmental Programs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track incidents in the EIM system for timeliness, thoroughness, and completeness
  • Serve as lead Certified Investigator and mentor to newly trained Certified Investigators
  • Perform monthly Individual Incident Data Monitoring and quarterly trend analyses
  • Audit program records to ensure compliance with ODP regulations and CPARC documentation standards
  • Report deficiencies to relevant staff including Supervisors, Program Specialists, and Associate Directors
  • Review Medication Administration Records (MARs) for regulatory compliance
  • Support and track timely completion of self-licensing processes
  • Provide data for the Quality Management Quarterly Report and QA&I reports
  • Assist with licensing activities and development of Plans of Correction
  • Participate in the Residential Training Committee and oversee training compliance via the Training Specialist

Qualifications:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience with individuals with intellectual disabilities or autism OR Associate's degree or 60 credit hours with 4 years of relevant experience
  • Certifications & Skills: Current Certified Investigator credentials with 3+ years of investigative experience. In-depth knowledge of ODP's 6400 regulations is required. Experience with the EIM system (2+ years preferred). Strong computer, organizational, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: $50,913.00
