We have an immediate need for a Senior TechSIGINT Analyst SME who will leverage deep technical understanding of signal characteristics to determine compliance during processing, collection, and retention of signals. This role involves applying compliant practices on how signal parameters are identified and defined, and in how signal behavior is captured within the RF and digital domains. Understand compliance implications in TechSIGINT operations and follow-on analytic activities in ELINT, FISINT, PROFORMA, or COMEXT.

• Capture and refine system requirements to promote a strong alignment of stakeholder needs with development activities.
• Perform user and group training, and develop training materials.
• Participate in outreach activities to grow the product user community.
• Develop and execute requirements, test plans, and training to ensure compliance of TechSIGINT applications.
• Complete tasks using legacy TechSIGINT applications.
• Independently complete assignments with minimal supervision.
• Communicate information and ideas clearly, concisely, and professionally.
• Exercise independent judgment in selecting and applying appropriate work methods, procedures, techniques, and practices.
• Train new team members.
• Complete non-routine and complex assignments.
• Build and utilize collaborative networks within and outside the organization.
• Explain technical, procedural, specialized, and legal information to non-experts.

A current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph security clearance is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Requires ten (10) years of relevant experience and an Associate's degree, or eight (8) years of relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree, or six (6) years of relevant experience and a Master's Degree. Two (2) additional years of relevant experience may substitute for an Associate's degree. Degree must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field.

Erias Ventures offers a comprehensive package of wealth, health, and happiness benefits. The expected salary range is $135,000 - $185,000, depending on education and experience.
