Compliance Quality Analyst

Regular position with Health Research, Inc. (HRI) Roswell Park Division in the Research Subject Protection department.

Full time, 40 hours per week.

First Shift (United States of America).

The role involves ensuring quality assurance and improvement for the Office of Research Subject Protection in support of Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center's research protection programs. It includes improving research processes, analyzing data on research incidents, facilitating interdisciplinary groups for evidence-based changes, and coordinating the use of the research databases utilized by the Office of Research Subject Protection.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience: 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field and the equivalent of three (3) years of full-time experience in data analysis or in a research environment that includes data analysis; or 2. Associate's degree in a related field and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time experience in data analysis or in a research environment that includes data analysis. Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
