Compliance Practitioner - Lineage Logistics, LLC : Job Details

Collaborate with leadership to refine safety and food safety processes and procedures in preparation for internal and external audits (e.g., OSHA, FDA, USDA). Support operations in resolving facility, food handling, and customer compliance issues, ensuring adherence to both safety and food safety standards. Lead thorough investigations of workplace accidents or food safety incidents and ensure corrective actions are communicated and implemented. Conduct regular site audits and inspections to identify risks related to both physical safety and food safety protocols (e.g., sanitation, temperature logs, contamination prevention). Lead team meetings and toolbox talks to communicate updates to safety and food safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Monitor warehouse safety and food-grade sanitation supplies; coordinate with operations for timely replenishment.
