We're seeking a Compliance Manager to join our enterprise marketing team, leading efforts in Marketing Governance to ensure regulatory excellence and strategic alignment.

Responsible for Marketing compliance and regulatory adherence within the first line of defense business unit.

Owns, directs, and partners with staff on the development or revision of policies, procedures, contracts and agreements to ensure compliance.

Provides compliance risk expertise to marketing projects and initiatives through close partnership with Marketing directors on initiatives from ideation to execution

Acts as a liaison between marketing team and business partners regarding compliance, regulation, and adherence to risk programs.

Monitors compliance and risk, including performing testing and/or validation in alignment with risk programs.

Designs and ensures delivery of compliance training to operational employees.

Ensures coordination and communication inside the company.

Creates and implements programs of compliance monitoring and evaluates the results.

Prepare management reporting.

Works with management to resolve issues and address deficiencies.

Coordinates examinations, audits, and risk reviews.

Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of compliance policies, procedures, regulations and laws or other. directly related experience, leadership experience required. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements.

Expert knowledge of compliance policies, procedures, regulations and laws.

Must have good communication, analysis, organization, customer service and management skills.

Requires advanced knowledge of a professional field; financial services and/or regulatory is preferred.

Requires a considerable working knowledge of other related fields and the ability to apply that information to current role.

Apply advanced principles, theories and concepts.

Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.

Salary Range:This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $95,000 - $140,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience and location.

This is an in-office position that will sit at a local corporate hub 5 days a week. This is not a hybrid role.
