Compliance Coordinator The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for conducting compliance audits, supporting regulatory reporting, maintaining policy consistency, and managing housing software systems to ensure adherence to affordable housing regulations. Job Responsibilities
Conduct on-site compliance audits of resident files including move-in, move-out, annual recertifications, interim recertifications and master site EIV binders. Assist with annual compliance reporting as required by federal, state and local regulatory organizations. Work in conjunction with the property management training specialist to ensure team members remain compliant with existing and new federal, state, local regulations and agreements governing operations of the housing portfolio. Assist with preparations for, and responses to, regulatory organization Management and Occupancy Reviews, Desk Reviews and/or equivalent regulatory agency monitoring reviews. Ensure consistent implementation of CCAC housing policies and procedures to maintain uniformity in site level processes throughout the portfolio (Application Intake, Move-in, Annual Recertifications, Interim Recertifications and Move-outs). Assist with preparing, tracking and submitting updates to properties' resident selection criteria documents and other governing resident occupancy documents. Act as the 504 Coordinator for the affordable housing portfolio. Update the rent/income limits, max rents, gross rent and utility allowance changes in property management software. Prepare and submit reports as required by area impact leaders. Actively engage in the in-house property management software Administrator group. Act as one of the HUD Secure Systems Coordinators (EIV Coordinator, TRACS Coordinator etc.). X Push and pull objects up to 25 pounds. X Climb up and down up to 3 or more flights of stairs at a time. X Lift up to 25 pounds.
