Job Description: Effectively implement JEA's Internal Compliance Program to meet and track processes to monitor the implementation of NERC CIP compliance activities and effectiveness of CIP compliance evidence to ensure JEA meets regulatory requirements for NERC and SERC CIP Reliability Standards applicable to JEA. Track compliance processes such as annual assessments, mitigation plans, regulatory requests, and recurring regulatory reviews etc. to ensure timely completion. Assist in the investigation of potential non-compliance that have been identified, making a determination of compliance, needed action plans, and any other appropriate actions that result from the findings. Assist Standard Owners to develop and complete action plans for implementing recommendations from regulators and consultants received during audits or gap analyses. Develop reporting for management to inform them of the status of JEA's monitoring activities, regulatory responses and other compliance activities. Facilitate the preparation for audits and assist in investigations where required.
Interact and work with SMEs to assess IT and OT systems for compliance with NERC CIP Standard requirements to include Security Event Monitoring, Security Patch Management, System Access Controls and Baseline Configurations.
