Essential functions of the job include: Assist the Compliance Officer in identifying, assessing and monitoring compliance risk. Duties may include but not limited to the following: Assist with updating an assessment of the bank's compliance risk. Assist with performance of compliance reviews. Maintain proper and complete sets of work papers covering each compliance review. Assist with updating the bank's Compliance Policy as needed. Assist with reviewing bank policies, procedures, forms and disclosures for compliance with state and federal regulations. Assist with conducting training sessions for new employees. Assist with examinations. Assist with maintenance of the Bank's Public File as required by the Community Reinvestment Act. The ideal candidate will possess the following: Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or applicable work experience would be considered. Attention to detail is required. Working knowledge of personal computers and the suite of Microsoft Office products. Ability to interact effectively with other bank personnel, management and co-workers. Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently. Organizational skills and able to prioritize work assignments.
