Visit www.clarionpartners.com for more information.Clarion Partners is seeking a compliance professional to join the Legal and Compliance team in providing the following support for the firm's regulated entities in the US and UK:LEGAL & COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES Supervise firm's compliance monitoring technology platform and review Code of Ethics preapprovals. Support business with questions related to compliance with company policies. Administer and monitor quarterly attestations including outside business activities, gifts and entertainment review, and political contributions. Play an active role in the maintenance, surveillance and enhancement of firm's compliance policies and procedures. Assist with the overall organization and operation of Clarion's compliance functions. Maintain compliance records. Liaise with the firm's marketing team and review marketing materials. Coordinate completion and submission of regulatory filings, including Form ADV, Form PF, and others. Perform regulatory analysis with respect to SEC rulemaking. Assist with fund onboarding and investor AML/KYC. Manage personal trade review compliance program. Support overall functions of the Legal and Compliance Department for Clarion's investment adviser and broker-dealer.QUALIFICATIONS: At least two to six years of experience working in the compliance function at a fast-paced, sophisticated financial services firm. Bachelor's degree required. JD a plus. Highly organized and capable of prioritizing a diverse workload. Self-motivated, responsible, energetic and dependable with a high degree of poise and positive attitude. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail. Ability to take direction and work independently while applying sound judgment. Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively and professionally across all levels from staff to senior management. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.If based in New York, the base salary range for this position is USD $100,000 - $130,000. Actual base salary offered will be determined by several components including but not limited to the candidate's experience, job-related knowledge, and qualifications. Base salary does not include other forms of compensation or benefits offered in connection with the advertised role. Total compensation may vary based on role, location, and individual performance.
