Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Compensation & HR Digital Analyst to join our Compensation & Benefits team. In this role, you will support key global compensation initiatives, provide data-driven insights, and help maintain scalable compensation frameworks. You will also play a critical role in ensuring headcount, salary, and personnel cost planning align with business goals and budget targets. This position partners closely with HR, Finance, and regional teams to support our evolving compensation practices and ongoing digital transformation efforts.
