Compensation Analyst - Johnson Service Group : Job Details

Johnson Service Group is looking for a contract Compensation Analyst to work in the Dallas, TX, location. This position is responsible for the development, implementation, execution, and ongoing assessment of the companys compensation program through researching, analyzing, and administering the organizations base salary and incentive plans. This role will also serve in a consultative capacity to leadership and People Team members regarding compensation principles and practices to ensure our programs align with business strategy and the Total Rewards philosophy and provide a competitive Total Reward package for our Partners.
