Compassionate Caregiver - Home Instead Senior Care : Job Details

Your Role:

• Provide meaningful companionship and engage in conversations that uplift the spirit.
• Prepare nutritious meals and ensure tidy meal-related areas.
• Assist with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and managing toileting needs.
• Perform light housekeeping duties such as dusting, vacuuming, changing linens, and cleaning bathrooms and kitchens.
• Care for pets as needed.
• Transport clients to appointments and help with errands and shopping trips.

What We're Looking For:

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull items up to 25 pounds comfortably.
• Physical capability to bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach.
• Must possess a reliable vehicle, valid auto insurance, and a current driver's license.
• Comfortable adapting to different living environments and client locations.
• Must be able to travel within a 25-mile radius to clients' homes.
• Communicate effectively with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Basic technology skills are required to document client-related tasks using mobile applications.
