Home Instead is on the lookout for dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as Compassionate Care Providers. Our mission is to enhance the lives of aging adults in our community by providing essential non-medical services that help them remain comfortably in their homes while facing the challenges of aging with dignity and respect.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Providing companionship and engaging in conversation
• Assisting with light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Offering medication and appointment reminders
• Delivering specialized care for Alzheimer's patients
• Demonstrating respect and compassion for seniors and their property
• Communicating in a friendly and supportive manner
• Completing a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening
• Holding a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance (required if driving clients)
