Companion Care Needed - Care.com : Job Details

I am in need of a caring adult care provider with experience. My care concerns are: Mobility Assistance and Companionship. I am of sound mind, enjoy the company of others, and need assistance transitioning from wheel chair to regular chair, from wheel chair into bed, some restroom help (commode to wheelchair and back) I do have the ability to walk a short distance. We have a lovely, clean home that is set up with an open floor plan for easier transitions. I suffer from multiple conditions that cause chronic pain, and highly value companionship and patience.
