About who needs care: This care is for a couple in their 80's.Patient 1: Renal Patient who has to go to Dialysis 3 times a week. Most of the time needs a walker but can get around. Tires easily and cannot clean. Needs assistance with organizing medications.Patient2: Male who has advance stages of Primary Progressive Apshasia. Is no longer verbal but has some cognitive abilities. Still drives and does the grocery shopping however family and loved ones no longer want either patient to drive.About the care needs: Both patients love to read their bible. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
