About who needs care: My dad is a quadriplegic on a ventilator in a skilled nursing facility. He has bed sore wounds that require dressings to be changed. I would like for someone to come provide extra care that the nursing staff may not be able to provide. About the care needs: He prefers a quiet, calm and soft personality. If they can assist with helping during wound care and personal care that would fantastic.
