Companion Care Needed - Care.com : Job Details

I need a senior care provider with experience. Our mother is in the early stages of dementia and needs help organizing and overseeing her medication and managing food expiration dates. Care could expand as her condition becomes more complex. We're also looking for someone who could provide companionship and physical activity, perhaps taking her on walks, etc.
