Companion Care Needed - Care.com : Job Details

I need senior care provider with experience, 2 or 3 days per week. We have a 4 day need September 12-15. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Light Housekeeping, Mobility Assistance, Help Staying Physically Active, Bathing / Dressing, Meal Preparation, Companionship, Transportation. Medication management is required. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. We ask that you handle transportation as needed.
