Companion Care Needed - Care.com : Job Details

I need a female care provider with experience transporting someone home after having outpatient surgery (for hernia repair). It will require taking me to Kaiser Sunnyside for the surgery, waiting there until the surgery is done (approx. two hours ), assisting me with leaving and transporting me back home and up to my apartment (we have an elevator). I will have care support back at home. I believe it will require approx. 4. 5 hours of your time which includes transportation time and time waiting while I am in surgery. I will not be given the time to arrive/ surgery start time until the day before but was told it will be sometime in the morning. Thank you for your consideration.
