We're looking for a kind, reliable caregiver to help care for my grandpa, who is living with dementia. He needs reminders and assistance going to the bathroom, as he often forgets and has frequent accidents. We'd love someone who can keep him company, help guide him with medication if needed, and assist with small tasks around the house.My grandma lives with him and does what she can, but she needs some extra support. We're hoping to find someone patient and compassionate who understands memory care and is comfortable working in a quiet home setting.
