About who needs care: 80-year-old male Vietnam Veteran with dementia. Has aggression and becomes violent when being touched. Wears depends and is unable to control bladder and bowel movements. Soils bed sheets and pads daily. Cannot get into shower, needs daily wipe downs. Has diabetes . Wife handles diabetic care and medications, as well as meals. About the care needs: Need specialized skills with dementia and aggression. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
