About who needs care: My wife has Early Onset Alzheimer's. I am lucky that she is generally happy and does not wander. She has no other health take issues. She likes to walk, go to places like Taughannock Falls and at this point has a fascination with birds, planes and flowers. The caregiver would need to be able to transport my wife for activities like hiking, etc. About the care needs: The ideal caregiver is warm and welcoming, good at listening but at the same time can carry a one sided conversation.
