Companion Care Needed - Care.com : Job Details

I need senior care provider with experience for my grandparents. Grandfather just needs a medicine reminder. Grandmother has light dementia. She is incontinent and bed bound, so she would need changing. However she can follow directions and help with turning, rolling, arm raising, etc.
