Companion Care Needed - Care.com : Job Details

About who needs care: My mom was recently diagnosed with Dementia and Alzheimer's. My stepdad still works and we are finding my mom needs help during the day. She needs help with showers, remembering to eat, getting in some mild activity. Things to stimulate her brain. We have looked at care facilities and they are thousands of dollars, and they just can't afford it. About the care needs: My mom can sometimes be stubborn and gets confused easily. She will need someone that is patient and kind. A person that will explain to her why she needs to do what we are asking. Services needed include: transportation, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
