About who needs care: Recently hospitalized for a fall possibly from Afib, discovered bladder/kidney issues, confusion at times. Home with home health, but looking for assistance with meals, possible light housework, transportation to doctor appointments. About the care needs: Dad is not your typical 90 yo. He has been a strong, healthy, athletic man who golfed twice a week until recently. He likes talking about memories, current events, he is a democrat, retired teacher, but lonely. He will have transportation needs. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
