Companion Care Needed - Care.com : Job Details

I need senior care provider with experience. Our care concerns are: Medication Prompting, Bathing / Dressing, Feeding, Meal Preparation. Important - experience with managing and administering medication is required. Some help needed with bathing. Personal care required, including feeding. We're looking for some help preparing meals. She is nearing end of life, has pulmonary fibrosis and is also in morphine. Family is very tired and needs help asap. She is in hospice care at home, need help. All equipment needed is on site. She currently care get up and move to chair and portable toilet next to bed. She is set up in living room.
